Hi, I'm Emory! I know all too well what it's like to learn how to backpack from scratch with no one there to teach me the ropes. I learned the hard way, but that doesn't have to be the case for you.

I few years after getting into backpacking, I found myself hiking the 2,600-mile-long Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada. I learned a lifetime's worth of backpacking knowledge in just 5 months and when I finished my hike, I realized I needed to pass this knowledge along to others.

I spent a year and a half researching, writing, and filming a beginner backpacking course that would save others time, money, resources, and pain while building their confidence along the way.

The result is a backpacking course unlike any other.

You'll learn everything you need to know to pursue whatever backpacking adventure you're dreaming of because the core principles of backpacking are the same, it's just a matter of how you implement them.

You'll learn in just over 4 hours what took me over 4 years and 2,600 miles to figure out.
